Barbara Ensign is the office manager of MGM Electric, a unionized electrical contractor that services commercial buildings in Boston, Massachusetts and the surrounding area. Three days a week, Ensign connects to her office remotely to use JOBPOWER using a cloud-based version of JOBPOWER. “Most of the time you don’t even realize that you’re not sitting at the desk.” Likewise, her estimators pull reports remotely from JOBPOWER, and Ensign doesn’t have to halt work so that they can gather the information they require. All that’s needed is a reliable internet connection. “The estimators will go in and do a job cost or something like that – I just have to explain to them how to find it and that’s it.”
Top support team means JOBPOWER always works
The support staff at JOBPOWER have always been reliable and able to help Ensign with any hiccups she’s encountered. “They have the best support team we have ever used. They are knowledgeable and professional.”
For example, she recently had an issue where after completing an online deposit with her financial institution, she became locked out of JOBPOWER. The problem, an issue on the bank’s end, was fixed before she hung up the phone.
