Enter the employee’s hours, designating jobs and cost categories. If an employee works
in multiple workmen’s comp classes, multiple states, or multiple unions, split the hours
accordingly, and the program will take it from there.
If some data fields on this screen aren’t necessary, you aren’t required to enter them.
Example: Unless you want to see the hours split out by day of the week, just skip the column for Day.
The software can calculate many types of withholdings – federal tax, social security, state tax, local tax, 401(k), union, and others.
